Manufacturing Cost Analysis is used for internal and external cost controls in activities such as Market Cost Planning, Supplier Verification, and Should Cost Estimating. Many major OEMs in Aerospace and Commercial market spaces are embracing this concept and saving millions of dollars per year in their supply chain.

 

We perform our Analyses using manufacturing process simulation to provide the most accurate and consistent labor times. Material costs are calculated and added. Other commercialization costs are added as required to give a realistic target cost.
